The transfer time from Geneva to Morzine is about 1 hour 5 minutes & is based in the northern French alps at altitude of 720m in the Grand Massif ski area which covers 265kms of official pistes, France’s 4th biggest ski area!

In the winter months, Samoens is perfectly set up for skiing & snowboarding. The Grand Massif Express bubble lift heading straight up towards the top of the Grand Massif pistes in 8 minutes to an altitude of 1600m, connecting to Flaine & peaks of over 2,500m!
In the summer, as well as walking, golf, swimming, tennis and parapenting, Samoens also has some great downhill & mountain bike trails. There’s some lovely quiet roads for road biking including the ‘not so lovely’ Col De Joux Plane, just ask the Tour De France riders!
